01 Problem

The market for local services is fragmented and disorganised: it runs on inefficient phone calls, has no central system for managing jobs and is hard to scale without the right technology. The founder of ROVO saw the need for a platform that would simplify the whole process, from reporting a problem to completing the service, and make it transparent for everyone involved.

02 Solution

We built ROVO as a complete marketplace platform with three roles: client, contractor and administrator. The Client panel lets users report problems with a Google Maps location, add photos, request immediate contact and see their service history. The Contractor panel provides a performance dashboard, a GPS map of jobs and job management. The Administrator panel gives full visibility of jobs, revenue, user activity and moderation. The system uses AI analysis to support the processing of requests and streamline the service process.

03 Result

In a short time we turned an idea into a working product ready for market testing and further scaling. ROVO gives the service marketplace a consistent operating model, makes the client and contractor relationship transparent to manage and provides the technology foundation for the startup to grow. The founder can focus on strategy and market development instead of operational details.
