1. General provisions
These Terms set out the rules for using the AI audit service provided by Ivorylab and the conditions for creating and maintaining a user account.
2. Definitions
Service: a free assessment of a company's readiness to adopt AI. User: a natural or legal person using the Service. Account: a secure account giving access to the platform.
3. Conditions of use
The Service is free of charge. The User must have an active Account. The User agrees to provide accurate information.
4. Creating an Account
An Account is created by completing the registration form. The User receives a confirmation email. The Account is protected by a password.
5. User obligations
The User agrees not to share their login details with third parties, to keep their information up to date and to use the Service in accordance with the law.
6. Liability
Ivorylab is not liable for any damage resulting from improper use of the Service. Audit reports are provided for information purposes only.
7. Intellectual property
All rights to the content, software and graphic elements of the platform belong to Ivorylab. The User is granted a licence to use the Service.
8. Complaints
Complaints should be sent to kontakt@ivorylab.pl. We will review complaints within 14 days.
9. Changes to the Terms
Ivorylab reserves the right to amend these Terms. Changes take effect once published on the website.
10. Final provisions
Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes are settled by the courts having jurisdiction over Ivorylab's registered office.
