  1. Companies importing from China work in a scattered way: searching for products on external platforms, talking to suppliers by email or messaging apps and pricing orders by hand in spreadsheets. As the business grows, there is no central control over orders or reporting.

  2. We built a complete operating system for B2B import management with three panels. Wholesale Client: searching for products in the 1688 catalogue via the API, sending quote requests and chatting with the administrator. Administrator: control over orders, quote statuses, reports, currency conversion and margins. Supplier/Factory: a quoting panel for sending offers. The whole process happens without leaving the application.

  3. The entire import process now lives in a single tool. Communication between the client, the administrator and the factory is automated. Manual spreadsheets and scattered channels are gone. Margins, exchange rates and calculations are fully transparent. The company is ready to scale its operations without the operational chaos.
